We are an online Japanese language school. Our goal is to help students achieve fluency and independence in Japanese—without the need to live in Japan.

We teach our students how to use effective, research-based learning strategies that make language study more motivating and efficient, leading to excellent results in everyday life—whether communicating, writing, or understanding written texts. We also guide learners in building a sustainable long-term study routine, which is a fundamental key to achieving these results.

Currently, we are active on platforms such as Hotmart and YouTube, offering lessons for both beginner and advanced levels.

About Us

Weurillany Silva is a 26-year-old educator from northeastern Brazil. Passionate about Japanese culture, she began studying the language in 2014. She studied at the Japanese Language School of Recife and became a member of the Japanese Association of Recife in 2024.

She has over three years of experience in the educational field, having worked in various roles, including as an English language teacher. Currently, she works as a Japanese language instructor on digital platforms. She is the founder of Fluency Project, an initiative created to help learners achieve functional fluency and develop true independence in Japanese—regardless of where they live, whether in Japan or elsewhere.

Our Story

Fluency Project—known in Portuguese as Projeto Fluência—originated in the state of Pernambuco, specifically in the city of Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Brazil. It was founded by Weurillany-sensei on December 11th, 2025.

The institution was created with the specific goal of supporting students who aspire to become fluent in Japanese but face difficulties and are unsure how to overcome them. For this reason, the school has been working diligently in this field, developing innovative methodologies that truly deliver better results compared to traditional study approaches.
